This website is operated by Pridola. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pridola. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Any breach of these terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. Conformity and Warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with the contract and are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. All Pridola products include at least a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

3. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions at our store.

4. Preorders & Restocked Items

Preorders are considered final sale; refunds are only possible after the delivery has been completed. We reserve the right to extend delivery estimates by up to 15 days for these items.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to our products or services will be submitted to binding arbitration. By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to a court hearing or jury trial.
